In this release, we’ve added additional filters for Google and Outlook Calendars sync.
Why you may need filters
The new filters in GanttPRO online Gantt chart software will come in handy in case you need to synchronize specific activities and assignees, rather than the entire pool of tasks from specific projects. In other words, when you need to narrow down the list.
It will certainly help you avoid overload in your calendar and bring more clarity to your work.
From now on, both for Google and Outlook Calendars sync, you can apply the filters by:
- Status.
- Priority.
- Start and end date.
- Assignee.
As a result, in your calendar, you will see only those tasks that meet the specified criteria.
