In GanttPRO we have a “Critical Path” option. It helps you to see all the tasks that directly impact your project completion date. Click “Settings” and then enable the critical path.

You can change the color of such tasks. Just hover over the “gear” icon and click on the “drop” button.

Currently the separate tasks can’t be somehow hidden. But you can collapse the group of completed tasks with the +/- box near the parent task name.

We had a huge update on the 3rd of November. All the users registered after this date have the Export function only availbale in the Essential version.

You can use the Assigned field (Resources window at the bottom of the page) only for setting names of resoures (but not real team members). You can share your projects with some of the team member and set the access rights for them in a Team PRO version.
Besides in the Essential version you can share your chart for view or edit.

Unfortunately, currently you can’t copy and paste tasks. But we are working on this feature now.

Can anybody help?

If Im working on a project and there is a number of operatives carrying out the task, who can I add the whole team to a project? I don’t want them as a members, I just need to add them to the project for when I’m working out the overheads for the job/task.
Is there a way around this? (previous Gantt companies have a Resources option, do you have the same?)

Everything was good until I paid for the upgrade. Now the site crashes, I have troubles editing projects and tasks, the page is sluggish, random dates insert for tasks and I get run-time errors.
If I don’t get help soon, I will start using something else and ask for my money back.
